Muscular Endurance
Muscles endurance helps you move, maintain your body in good conditions and create body heat. Skeletal muscles attached to your bones and allow you to change position, walk, run and sit. Your heart muscle gives blood through your body. Other muscles allow you to breathe, blink and swallow.
You can due Muscular endurance through some type of exercises. Push-up is one of the exercises you can do for this. During push-ups sometimes the muscles become tired and cannot continue the same thing. So a static dynamic endurance is needed. It refers to the muscles’ ability to be maintained in a contracted state for a long period. Muscular strength is very much needed and must be hold the muscles without fatigue. Muscular Endurance Exercises can achieve this.
Stretching exercises increase flexibility. Flexibility helps muscular endurance because when you get hurt or injured it doesn’t hurt you a lot. This happens because you do a lot of exercise and your body gets used to it and it becomes more flexible.
